Contact: Joanne Walsh Crowley

Director of Operations & Clinical Trials

Applicants to Research funding schemes (national and international) will typically be required to demonstrate that they will receive infrastructural support from a University or existing research infrastructure such as the HRB Clinical Research Facility at UCC in the course of their research. For example applicants are often expected to avail of the advice, trial and data management services and/or other forms of support from the HRB Clinical Research Facility University College Cork.

Typical applicants need to provide an Infrastructure Agreement form (including national and international infrastructures as required) at full application stage. The form would typically set out

  • The nature and scope of the service or collaboration
  • The rationale behind the choice of infrastructure and
  • Any costs associated with the project (including those provided as in-kind contributions).

The HRB CRF-UCC Staff can assist you will these elements of the application process.
