Shaunagh Browne
Shaunagh is a Clinical Research Nurse working on various adult and paediatric clinical trials within the HRB CRF-UCC since May 2018. She completed her BSc Children’s and General Nursing in University College Cork in 2014. After graduating, she travelled to London and worked in Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital where she gained extensive paediatric experience in complex surgical care and cardiac intensive care.
She returned to Cork in 2015 where she worked as a Paediatric Nurse, caring for acutely ill and high dependency patients in the infant medical/surgical ward in Cork University Hospital and the neonatal intensive care unit in Cork University Maternity Hospital.
Shaunagh worked with the INFANT Research Centre from April to December 2017 on a paediatric allergy and skin barrier project and took up the post of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 in Paediatric Allergy in Cork University Hospital in December 2017.
